This website is operated by TOBAKH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, under the brand Little Paw Folk. In these Terms, “Little Paw Folk,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TOBAKH LLC. “You” refers to a visitor, customer, or other user of the website.

By accessing littlepawfolk.com, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them, including our Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you use the website on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them.

Store information and product descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, availability, prices, and delivery estimates accurately. Screen settings, supplier updates, manufacturing changes, and other factors may cause minor differences. If a product is materially different from its description, contact us under our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy.

Products are intended for ordinary consumer use. Always review product instructions, warnings, sizing, materials, and suitability for your animal. Supervise pets when appropriate and discontinue use if a product is damaged or presents a risk. Information on the website is general product information and is not veterinary or other professional advice.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice before an order is accepted. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, duties, and fees will be disclosed at checkout where reasonably possible.

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the total displayed at checkout.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, legal restrictions, an undeliverable destination, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

We may reasonably limit quantities purchased by one customer, household, account, payment method, or address, particularly where purchases appear intended for unauthorized resale.

Fulfillment

We use third-party suppliers and fulfillment services supported through AutoDS to help process orders, monitor inventory, and provide tracking information. Products may therefore ship from different fulfillment locations or arrive separately. TOBAKH LLC remains the seller responsible for customer support and the remedies described in our policies.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates, delays, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Accounts

If account functionality is available, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Promotions and reviews

Promotions may have additional disclosed conditions and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Reviews and other submitted content must reflect genuine experience and must not be unlawful, threatening, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or contain malicious code or another person’s confidential information. If compensation, a free product, an affiliate commission, or another benefit influenced content, the relationship must be clearly disclosed.

Intellectual property

The website and its original branding, layout, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to TOBAKH LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from protected website content without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Prohibited use

You may not use the website to violate law; infringe rights; submit false information; distribute malware; interfere with security or operation; collect information about others without authorization; commit fraud; place orders using unauthorized payment methods; or engage in abusive, automated, or deceptive activity.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, marketing platforms, AutoDS, and independent suppliers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s website or content, but this does not remove TOBAKH LLC’s responsibility as the seller for obligations that apply to your order.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Products remain subject to all warranties and consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights available to consumers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOBAKH LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use when such losses were not reasonably foreseeable. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse TOBAKH LLC for reasonable losses and costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer claims concerning a purchase.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Terms displayed when an order is placed will generally govern that order.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections of the customer’s home jurisdiction continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.
