Fit the head you need
Five attachment heads share the same fitting: a grooming brush, a deshedding brush, a crevice tool, a lint brush and a hair clipper. Swap them by hand, with no tools required.
Step 2
Set the suction to suit your pet
Start on the lowest setting so your pet can get used to the sound, then adjust upward if their coat needs it. Loose fur is drawn down the hose into the 2.5 L container.
Step 3
Groom while the fur is collected
Work in short sessions and let the container do the tidying. When you have finished, release the transparent cup, empty it and rinse the filter as instructed.

What changes compared with brushing by hand
Compared with brushing with a hand tool and cleaning up afterwards. A grooming salon still does things this kit cannot. This is for routine care between appointments, not a replacement for professional or veterinary grooming.

Common questions
Is the whole system cordless?
No. This is a system built around a base unit rather than a cordless handheld. The attachment heads connect to the vacuum base with a flexible hose, so you groom within the reach of the hose.
We are confirming the clipper's exact power configuration with the manufacturer and will publish it here once verified. If you need that detail before ordering, email support@littlepawfolk.com and we will check for you.
What exactly is in the box?
The vacuum base with its 2.5 L transparent container, a flexible hose, and five attachment heads: grooming brush, deshedding brush, crevice tool, lint brush and hair clipper. Six clipping guide combs are included in 3, 6, 9, 12, 16 and 24 mm.
What does the vacuum actually collect?
Loose fur lifted by the brush heads and clippings produced while trimming are drawn down the hose into the container. It is designed for loose coat and clippings during grooming. It is not a substitute for a household vacuum cleaner.
Will my pet tolerate the noise?
Some pets settle quickly and others need time, and we would not promise that every animal will accept it straight away. Introduce it gradually: let your pet see and sniff the unit while it is switched off, run it briefly at a distance, then start with short sessions on the lowest suction setting. Always supervise grooming and stop if your pet shows signs of distress.
Which pets and coat types is it suitable for?
It is intended for domestic cats and dogs, with guide combs from 3 mm to 24 mm covering short through to longer coats. Heavily matted coats should be dealt with by a professional groomer before clipping. Avoid the face, ears, eyes and other sensitive areas.
How do I clean the container and filter?
Switch the unit off and disconnect it from power before any maintenance. Release the transparent container, empty the collected fur, and clean the filter following the instructions supplied with your kit. Let every part dry fully before reassembling, and keep the base unit away from water.
What colours are available?
Three: Blue, White and Gray. All three contain the same kit. Only the colour of the housing differs. Choose your colour above before adding to cart.
How long does delivery take, and is it tracked?
We process orders in 1 to 2 business days, and delivery within the United States is normally 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate, so allow for both. Where tracking is available we email it to you with your shipping confirmation. We currently ship within the United States only. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
What is the return policy?
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery, provided the kit is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Email us first for authorisation and the correct return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. If you change your mind, the return shipping is your responsibility and there is no restocking fee. Used grooming items that cannot be safely resold are not eligible for a standard return. See the Refund Policy.
What if it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Contact us within seven calendar days of delivery with photographs or video of the product, the packaging and the shipping label. For an approved claim we will arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover reasonable return costs where we ask you to send the item back.

Email support@littlepawfolk.com. We normally reply within two business days. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For your own security, never send full card numbers or passwords by email.
If it isn't right, tell us
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return on an unused, complete kit. If it turns up damaged, faulty or simply not what you ordered, contact us within seven days with a photo and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund. We also cover the return cost when we ask you to send it back.
We are not going to call that risk free or no questions asked, because there are conditions and they are written plainly in our Refund Policy. What we will say is that a real person reads support@littlepawfolk.com and normally answers within two business days.
