Safety
Supervise your pet while using the mat and put it away afterwards. It is a feeder, not a chew toy, so take it away if your pet starts biting or tearing it. Only use foods that are safe for your pet, and avoid anything containing xylitol. Suction may not hold on textured, porous or dusty surfaces.
Care
Rinse the mat in warm soapy water after each use and scrub the grooves with a soft brush, then let it air dry. The supplier does not confirm that it is dishwasher safe, so we recommend washing it by hand.

Free tracked shipping to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship to Canada or other countries.

Returns
Returns: Eligible unused, undamaged and complete products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email support@littlepawfolk.com before sending anything back. Used grooming, feeding and hygiene products are excluded from change-of-mind returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Which surfaces work with the suction cups?
Clean, smooth surfaces such as tile, glass or a bathtub. Textured or porous surfaces may not hold.
How big is the mat?

Can my pet chew the mat?
It is a supervised feeding accessory. Remove it if your pet starts chewing.
