Safety and care
Supervise your pet throughout every grooming session and keep sessions short. Introduce the suction gradually, starting on the lowest setting and at a distance, and stop if your pet shows signs of distress.
Keep the tools away from eyes, ears, the face and any broken or irritated skin, and always fit an appropriate guide comb before clipping. Heavily matted coats should be seen by a professional groomer first.
Switch off and disconnect from power before emptying or cleaning. Keep the base unit away from water, let all parts dry fully before reassembly, and do not use damaged electrical components. Store attachments out of reach of children and pets.
Shipping and returns
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and normally arrive 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate, so please allow for both. Where tracking is available we email it with your shipping confirmation.
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery if the kit is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Email us first for authorisation and the correct return address. If you change your mind, the return shipping is your responsibility and there is no restocking fee. If the kit arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within seven days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Loose fur is drawn down the hose into a transparent 2.5 L container, so a full grooming session usually fits in one go and you can see exactly when it needs emptying.

Questions people ask before buying
Is the whole system cordless?
No. This is a system built around a base unit rather than a cordless handheld. The attachment heads connect to the vacuum base with a flexible hose, so you groom within the reach of the hose.

What does the vacuum actually collect?
Loose fur lifted by the brush heads and clippings produced while trimming are drawn down the hose into the container. It is designed for loose coat and clippings during grooming. It is not a substitute for a household vacuum cleaner.
Will my pet tolerate the noise?
Some pets settle quickly and others need time, and we would not promise that every animal will accept it straight away. Let your pet see and sniff the unit switched off, run it briefly at a distance, then start with short sessions on the lowest suction setting. Always supervise grooming and stop if your pet shows signs of distress.
Which pets and coat types is it suitable for?
It is intended for domestic cats and dogs, with guide combs from 3 mm to 24 mm covering short through to longer coats. Heavily matted coats should be dealt with by a professional groomer before clipping. Avoid the face, ears, eyes and other sensitive areas.
How do I clean the container and filter?
Switch off and disconnect from power first. Release the transparent container, empty the collected fur, and clean the filter following the instructions supplied with your kit. Let every part dry fully before reassembling, and keep the base unit away from water.
What colours are available?
Three: Blue, White and Gray. All three contain the same kit. Only the colour of the housing differs.
What if it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Contact us within seven calendar days of delivery with photographs or video of the product, the packaging and the shipping label. For an approved claim we will arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover reasonable return costs where we ask you to send the item back.
